- 1 kg lean lamb meat(boneless)
- 1/2 cup oil for fry
- 1-2 Tbls herbs & garlic seasoning ( from iga supermarket )
- 4 Tbls heaped (tbsp corn flour mixed with 200 ml water)
- 1-2 L water
- 1 pinch of black pepper ( to season optionial)
1)Wash the meat and cut to portions sizes.In deeper saucepan heat oil on medium heat add the meat and fry until brown.Add the seasoning,stir and pour water and cooked until meat is soft.keep half of the liquid,for sauce.
Take the meat out of the saucepan,put into some dish with lid on.Pour corn flour with water in liquid,stir and make thicker sauce.For darkness drop a few drops in.Serve with fresh french stick.
PS.This is very quick and yummy dinner,you don’t have to looking to much after.
