- 6 x eggs
- 125 ml cream
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 x onion
- 2 x bacon rashers
- 250 g cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 x tomato
- 1/2 x salt and pepper
Chop onion, spinach and bacon into small pieces
Add the eggs to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Mix in Onion,bacon, spinach, cream, salt, pepper and half the cheese
Add Flour and mix until combined.
Pour into quiche dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Slice tomato thinly and place over quiche to decorate.
Cook for 40 minutes at 200.c (180.c fan force) or until golden brown
