Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 100 g pectin
  • 8-10 x birdseye chilli's
  • 1 kg frozen raspberries
  • 1 generous splash lemon juice

Method

1. Blend chilli’s in food processor (add water).
2. mix all ingredients in a pot and stir over medium heat for 40mins-1 hour.
3. Leave to cool.
4. Refrigerate.
