  • 500 g ravioli
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 cups milk


Ravioli with mushroom
In béchamel
500 grams of ravioli fresh or frozen
250 grams or button mushrooms
1 onion cut fine
2 tbs of flower
¼ cub butter
1 clove of mashed garlic
2 cups of milk
Salt pepper
1 spoon of parsle
cheese to sprinkle
Water for cooking ravioli
Put the ravioli in salted boiled water till it flouts
Lift and drain leave aside- put a pot on the fir add
The better flower till golden add milk little at a time
Mix well, lift –in a clean pan add little butter onion
Mushrooms for 5 mints then add ravioli salt pepper
Mix for 5 mints—if it needs moor milk add a little
Add the béchamel when it boils serve and sprinkle with parsley
