  • 1 cup urad dhal
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 x cloves
  • 2 x garlic
  • 6 x pepper
  • 1 tspn jeera


In a pan heat some vegetable oil . Put cloves ,jeera ,ginger and garlic . Let it crackle ..then add some green chilli, curry leaves,turmeric and some fresh coconut. When all fried for few seconds add dhal and raw rice mix everything add salt and water accordingly and cook till the rice is done. Serve hot with yogurt or as is ..
