Ingredients

  • 2 cups italian rice
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower

Method

Risotto with mushroom
2 cups Italian rice washed
4 cups of chicken stock hot
250 button mushrooms sliced
¼ cauliflower sprat into small Floreat
2 cloves of garlic mashed
½ a cup of butter
½ cup of cheese
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Put a non stick pot on the fir add ½ the butter
Add the rice and steer till all the rice granules’ are covered
Add garlic mushrooms and Florets steer well
Add the stock 1 cup at a time steer reduce the heat when the
Stock is absorbed add one moor cup it takes 25 mints to cook
You keep adding the liquid till the rice is cooks turn off the hear
Add the rest of butter and cheese stir and cover for 5 mints
Serve with any dish you desire
Serves 4
