  • 1 x bunch red grapes
  • 2 Tbls olive oil
  • 4 tspn honey
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 1 tspn brandy
  • 100 ml cream


Combine in a bowl olive oil, 2tspn honey and sea salt. Gently coat grapes in oil mixture until really well coated. Place into baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for about 15 to 20 mins turning once.

Mix mascarpone,remaining honey and brandy. Whip cream until soft peaks form and fold through mascarpone.

Serve warm grapes with mascarpone.
