Ingredients

  • 2 Tbls olive oil
  • 1 x spanish onion sliced
  • 750 g salmon
  • 500 g gnocchi

Method

Boil 500g of Gnocchi in plenty of salted water.

Splash 2 tablespoons of good olive oil into a baking dish.

Place Salmon,Capers and Onion into the baking dish,then into a 150 degrees fan forced oven,on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.

Remove Baking Dish from oven and add Gnocchi.Coat the Gnocchi with the oil and Onion and spread Capers over the Salmon.

Place on the Dinning Table.
