- 2 x hard boiled eggs
- 500 g minced chicken(lamb)
- 1/2 tspn grated ginger
- 2 x red chillies
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves
- 2 tspn flour
- 4 tspn breadcrumbs
Make coarse paste of ginger,mint leaves and chillies .
Add Ginger paste ,salt (according to taste) to the minced meat and mix well.
Make patties with the minced meat.
Roll each hard-cooked egg in flour to coat
place on patty and shape around egg.
Dip each into beaten egg;coat with bread crumbs to cover completely.
Bake 20 mts at 200°F for chicken mince
40mts at 350°F for Lamb/Beef mince. on ungreased Pan.
Can have it as a snack or side dish.
I had it with vegetable biryani.
