  • 2 Tbls tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbls vinegar
  • 2 Tbls soy sauce
  • 2 Tbls honey
  • 500 g chicken drumsticks


Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Bake chicken legs in preheated oven on 180 C for 30 Minutes skin facing down. Turn chicken and pour over mixture.Cook for further 30 Minutes. Continue to baste with spoon frequently to ensure legs are coated. Turn oven to 220 c for approx 10 minutes, continue to baste. The mixture will thicken and create a glaze for legs. Chicken may be seved hot or cold, with vegetables, rice, or salad. A very easy, deliciousy tasty meal that not only looks impressive, but will have all coming back for more. The secret to this dish is in the basting.For double the quantity of chicken, simply double the quantity of ingredients., try exchanging legs for wings. Great for dinner, lunch, entree, whatever !
