- 15 x fresh pitted dates
- 5 Tbls slivered almonds
- 5 Tbls crushed walnuts
- 5 Tbls shredded coconut
1) break up the dates into small chunks
2) in a mixing bowl add the dates, almonds & walnut and 3 Tbls of the coconut
3) take small amounts of the mixture & roll into balls. Roll the balls in the remaining coconut and roll around in your palms so the coconut sticks..
** you can use any type of nuts, can also add another type of dried fruit..
