- 1/2 kg boneless skinless chicken thigh meat
- 3 x green/red chillies (according to taste)
- 1 tspn grated ginger
- 1 x salt according to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup seasame seeds
- 1 Tbls flour
- 1 L oil(for deep fry)
Mince chicken,chilies,ginger and salt coarsely.
Make them in to balls of required size .
Make a mixture of Breadcrumbs and sesame seeds(add some dried herbs if interested)
Roll chicken balls in to the flour and then dip in to egg mixture and then roll them in to sesame mixture.
Now Deep fry chicken balls in medium heat until they turn brown/crispy and cooked inside.
Serve hot with some mint chutney..
