- 1 x salmon filled without skin
- 1 x big carrot freshly grated
- 1/2 x kohlrabi freshly grated
- 1/2 x knob celery
- 1 Tbls raisins
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 2 tspn sesame seeds
cut the salmon fillet in 8 equal thick bars and marinate the fillets in a mixture of teriyaki and grated ginger
cut the edges from knob celery to obtain a rectangle centre. grate the edges of the knob celery and mix with the raisins and heat in the micro wave for 30 second full power and add a splash of lemon juice, mix and leave to cool
Cut the centre of the knob celery in max 1 cm slices and cut the slices in equal size bars. Cook in the micro wave for 1 minute on full power (900W). Add the celery bars to the salmon in the teriyaky/ginger marinade.
Dress on oven proof dishes the salmon bars and the cellery bars and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salmon and salt to taste over the selery. put in the 225 C. degr pre heated oven for 10 minutes. This this is ready to serve with the grated carrot, cellery/raison mix and kohlrabi
