Simple Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
- 1 kg green banana prawns, shelled and de-veined
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbls butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 300 ml cream
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x rice to serve
Method
Melt butter in pan and add garlic, cook about 1-2 mins.
Place prawns in the pan with the butter and garlic, cook until just cooked on outer edges.
Add white wine and cook for about 2 mins.
Add Cream and season to taste.
Cook until sauce is slightly thickened then stir in parsley off the heat.
Serve on top of rice.
Serves 4
My 7yo daughter loves to make this (with Mummys help of course!)
