- 2 x chicken breast
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tspn chopped garlic
- 1 pinch mixed herbs
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 handful lettuce
- 1 x avocado
Place chicken, vegetable oil, garlic, parsley, mixed herbs and salt & pepper in a container and set aside in refrigerator for 1 hour
Fan avocado and place one half on plate
Place lettuce on top so you can still see the avocado
Slice Roma tomato and place on lettuce.
Grill chicken, leave to rest for a few minutes then slice and arrange on top of tomato
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar
