Ingredients

  • 1 x lamb shoulder
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 2 Tbls olive oil

Method

1) Pre-heat the oven at 120 degrees
2) Thinly slice the garlic and massage into the lamb, along with olive oil & fresh rosemary
3) Bake the lamb in for 3 hours at 120 degrees
4) Pour the Pomegranate Molasses over the lamb and bake for another hour
5) Once cooked, remove from the oven & allow to rest for 15 minutes
6) Serve!! For a summer twist serve with harissa & natural yoghurt
