- 500 g plain flour
- 5 x eggs(lightly beaten just with fork) )
- 150 ml soda water
- 600 - 800 g chicken thigh fillets(cut into bite size)
- 1 x small chilli(seeds removed)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 x red capsicum, cut into strips
- 1 x green capsicum, cut into strips
- 100 g cheese(blue vien)
- 400 ml thickened cream
- 3 Tbls olive oil
1)In bowl mix eggs with sifted flour and add soda water and make mixture.(if is to thin put more flour)Transfer the mixture on a plate and with tablespoon cut small gnocchi and through them into salted boiling water.They are cooked when fly on surface.Strain with strainer,but don’t rinse.Keep it in bowl.
2)In pan heat oil on medium heat add meat and fry until nice and golden.Add salt,pepper,chilli,both capsicum,cheese and thickened cream.Stir and cook until cheese is melted and the sauce is getting thicker.Transfer gnocchi in the meat,stir taste and serve on a plate.
