- 1 x sirloin steak
- 1 x iceberg lettuce
- 1 x cucumber
- 3 x tomatoes
- 1 x large onion
- 1 x tin of mixed beans
- 5 x teaspoons of olive oil
- 3 x large potatoes
- 1 x tin of tuna
Shred the lettuce into a large bowl.
Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumbers and chopped onions.
Add the tin of mixed beans and sprinkle it with olive oil. Your salad is now ready.
For the chips, peel and cut your potatoes into chunky sized pieces.
Cook in a deep fryer for a few minutes until they are soft.
Take them out and let them drain the excess oil on a bit of kitchen towel paper.
Put the fryer on full and wait until blue smoke starts coming from the oil.
Chuck the cooked chips in there and let them crisp up for a few seconds.
Once this is ready, heat up a couple of teaspoons of olive oil griddle plan on full.
Once the pan is really hot place your steak on it for 90 seconds (medium rare), before turning it onto the other side.
Repeat for the other side.
Serve with your salad and chips and enjoy!
