- 3 cups natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbls marsala wine
- 2 tspn vanilla extract
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 2 punnets strawberries
- 1 bunch fresh basil, leaves picked
Blend basil and strawberries in a food processor or bar mix until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix with remaining ingredients. Transfer to your chilled ice cream churner to churn into frozen yoghurt.
Before serving let the frozen yoghurt to sit out of the freezer to allow it soften.

I make it strawberries ice cream to and it is little bit hard to scoop when I want to serve.But otherwise is delicious.Same as yours
