Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen strawberries
  • 200 g greek, turkish or bulgarian yoghurt (10% fat)
  • 20 g benedictine herbal liqueur

Method

mix the ingredients in a large bowl with a hand mixer carefully. intill the strawberries are almost fully mashed.
this is enoug for 4 people to serve
as decoration a fresh strawberry

you can do this with all kinds of frozen fruits

instead of youhurt you can use sour cream / milk 100 g each

  • Fresh strawberries would make this recipe better. Growing your own strawberries is very easy to do.

    • you can stir the mix first with a spoon to make sure that the strawberries do not freeze into a big lump. Carefully push the hand mixer on each strawberries the yoghurt does the rest.
