  • 24 x zucchini's
  • 1/2 kg minced meat
  • 1 L 0nion
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 4 x tomatatos and tamatat past
  • 2 tspn oil
  • 6 x garlic
  • 1 tspn dry mint
  • 8 cups water


Stuffed zucchini with minced meat


24 small size zucchinis for stuffing
1/2 kilo minced meat
1 onion copped.
1⁄2 cup chopped parsley
4 small chopped tomatoes
4 Tablespoons tomato paste
Salt and pepper, paprika
¼ cup roasted pine nuts
Oil for frying
6 cloves of garlic mashed
1 spoon of dry mint
Spic as desired
8 glasses of water.

Preparing method:

Stuffing: fry minced meat, add to it onion, salt and pepper, parsley and leave to be cool.
For zucchini, should cut the top of the head then coir out the in side of zucchini, put into salted water for an hour and drain and stuff, put a small piece of potatoes’ on top to stop the filing, falling out
You should arrange zucchini in a pot,
Tomato paste should be mixed with water and add Tomato in big pot with a little salt paprika pepper and put it on low fire poor over the zucchini, Decreasing the fire,
Just before is reedy fry the garlic and mint add to the pot, leave them until rice be cooked.
