- 3 x hot & spicy kfc chicken thigh pieces (cubed)
- 4 Tbls ketchup
- 2 Tbls rice vinegar
- 1/2 x pineapple (cubed)
- 1/2 x red capsicum (cubed)
- 1/2 x green capsicum (cubed)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbls maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic (finely grated)
- 2 tspn soy sauce
Simply bring the sauce ingredients to a gentle simmer in a sauce pan and reduce until slightly thickened.
Drizzle over store bought crispy KFC (where else) chicken pieces, give yourself a mental high five and be blown away by how you didn’t think of this earlier.
