- 1 x egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tspn vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbls strawberry jam
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbls vanilla ice cream
- 1 handful pomegranate
1- In a large bowl mix the egg, milk, vanilla sugar and salt.
2- Add the sifted flour and keep mixing until there is a lump free smooth mixture.
3- Heat a fry pan and brush over with some butter.
4- Once hot add 1/4 cup of mixture, once it bubbles up flip it over to cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat the process until all the mixture is finished.
1- Mix the water and jam in a saucepan over low heat and bring to the boil and set aside to cool.
To serve stack some pancakes, drizzle some sauce with a scoop of ice cream and decorate with pomegranate
