  • 2 bunches parsley
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch green onion

Method

Tabouleh
Ingredients:

2 bunches of parsley
A bunch of mint
Green onion bunch
five tomatoes firm
2 lemons juiced
Fine bulgur wheat ½ cup washed and strained
¼ cup olive oil

How to prepare:

First: wash bulgur and then strain well, cut the tomato in small pieces, mix with bulgur to observe the juice.
Chop the mint and the parsley and green onion, ad to the tomatoes,
Add the salt and paper and olive oil and lemon, with the rest of the ingredients
mix well plase on a flat dish and serve as a side dish
