- 1/2 x cucumber
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 400 g yoghurt, avoid sweet ones
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tspn vegetable oil, usually sunflower
- 1 pinch dill
You may use fresh smashed garlic instead of garlic powder.
Also the ground walnut is optional.
Peel and cut the cucumber in small cubes. Mix the cubes with garlic, yoghurt and the salt, then add cold water to desired density. I prefer creamy fluid one. Add dill, mix well. Add the oil (full teaspoon or more if you like it, will stay on top). Optional: add ice cubes.Serve as soup or in beer pint mug Consume cold!
