- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 cup noodles
- 1 tspn beef stock
- 1 tspn parsley
- 2 tspn butter
- 1 tspn garlic
Brown beef mince, boil noodles, add together with stock, butter, garlic and parsley. Simmer for 2 minutes and serve. Very yummy on cool days and add some blanched spinach or 1/2 teaspoon of bicarb soda to regulate the pH.
Extra add favorite herbs and salt to taste. Also can prepare beef in some Apple Cider Vinegar to soften.
I just finished the last bit so no picture at the moment.

It is really nice and quick,You can add something from fridge into this dish I mean red capsicum,green capsicum….bit of corn kernels,something for good look on a plate.But well done.
