- 420 g mixed canned beans
- 3 Tbls finely chopped red/spanish onion
- 2.5 Tbls balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbls olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonaisse
Drain and rinse beans, put in big bowl. Chop onion finely. Mix together with beans.
In a little bowl or cup, mix oil, vinegar and mayonaisse, add some salt and pepper for seasoning. Blend well until smooth.
Add dressing to bean mix and serve as a side dish or healthy and nutritious snack.
