  • 2 tspn t2 terrific toffee loose tea
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup thickened cream
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla essence
  • 1 1/4 Tbls powdered gelatine
  • 2 punnets fresh berries (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup shaved toblerone


- Add Almond Milk & Toffee Tea to saucepan, bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes on low to infuse
- Strain Tea from Almond Milk ensuring you have 1 cup of infused milk remaining (if not top up)
- Return infused milk to saucepan and add Thickened Cream, Caster Sugar and Vanilla Essence
- Bring to simmer and stir until sugar has dissolved
- Add Powdered Gelatine, let soak then whisk briskly to fully blend
- Pour mixture into Ramekins or Moulds, cover with Glad Wrap and place in fridge to set
- To serve, shave Toblerone on top of Panacotta and Fresh Berries around Ramekin

  • Almost dairy free minus the thickened cream and toblerone. Still looks yum though!
