- 225 g plain flour
- 1/2 tspn bi carb soda
- 55 g caster suger
- 75 g brown sugar
- 125 g butter, melted
- 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
- 1 x egg
- 95 g white chocolate chips
- 95 g dark chocolate chips
- 95 g milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 if fan forced).
Line two oven trays with baking paper.
Sift flour, bi-carb and sugars into a large bowl.
Stir in melted butter, vanilla and egg.
Add chocolate chips and mix with hands (make sure they are clean!). Roll mixture into small balls, place on the trays and flatten slightly with your hand.
Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool on trays.
Please note: Substitutions can be made to the chocolate chips, just ensure you use the same quantity, 285g in total. I find that when only using two substitutions to the Chocolate Chips I use 180g of one and 105g of the other. Try White Chocolate Chips & Macadamia Nuts, Dark Chocolate & Dried Cranberries or Desiccated Coconut & Raisin.
