  • 425 g tuna
  • 420 g corn kernels
  • 200 g dried large spirals
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 x brown onion, chopped
  • 1 x large bunch broccoli
  • 2 x carrots
  • 4 Tbls plain flour
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 1/4 tspn ground white pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1.5 cups grated cheese


Cook the large spirals in boiling water with few drops of olive oil.

Preheat oven to 180C.

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat,add the onion, corn, broccoli and carrots. Saute gently until the vegetables are soft.

Sprinkle in the flour and stir to mixed well with the vegetables.

Pour in half cup milk and stir until it form a think sauce. Add another half cup and repeat. Add the last of the milk and cook for a minute more.

Toss in 1 cup of the cheese and stir until it has melted.
Add in tuna, salt and pepper.

Stir through the cooked pasta and place into a baking dish.
Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
