Ingredients

  • 485 g tuna
  • 6 x potatoes mashed
  • 1 Tbls margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 handful mixed herbs inc, mint, dill, parsley
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Method

Cook potatoes until soft, mash and add Milk and Margarine, drain the tin of Tuna and add to mixture, Add Onion flakes and mixed fresh herbs, combine and then roll into patties. Roll Patties in breadcrumbs and shallow fry in fry pan. Turn over once brown, and once cooked on both sides place patties on paper towel to absorb any extra oil.
