Ingredients

  • 2 x cucumbers
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 sprig dill chopped
  • 1 tspn dried mint
  • 1 tspn salt

Method

This is a simple recipe that can accompany food or can be a starter to any menu.
1- Finely chop the cucumbers.
2- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until required.
3- Serve with freshly baked bread (pide)
