- 2 cups urad dal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup melted ghee/clarified butter
In a heavy bottomed pan roast the urad dal on medium heat by stirring continuously.
until dal turns to light brown color .
Remove it from heat and let it cool for a while, grind the roasted urad dal along with sugar into a coarse powder.
Transfer the mixture into a pan and add melted ghee.
Mix it well and make Laddus .

This is the same dal we use for dosa also.
Try it.It is suggested as best food in india for womens health.
