- 1 1/2 cup cream
- 2 1/2 cups self - raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tspn lemon zest
- 1 tspn vanilla paste
In a bowl combine flour, cream, milk, salt, caster sugar.
Gently bring dough together and use hand to press out on well floured board to height of 2cm. Cut out with a medium scone cutter.
Bake in 200c over for 12 – 15 minutes.
Enjoy with jam and cream.
