- 1-2 bunch fresh pok choy
- 1,5 Tbls sesame oil
- 1 splash sunflower oil
- 2 Tbls white sesame seeds
- 2 Tbls black sesame seeds
- 1 small clove garlic - grated
- 1 generous splash organic soy sauce
For this side dish heat the oil’s in a woc. When hot, add the washed pok choy. I cut it in half as well. Fry for a min and stir constantly. Grate in the garlic and add the sesame seeds. Stir well and deglaze with a good splash of soy sauce. Turn off the heat and plate up.
We love to have this dish either with ricepaper rolls or, when only the greens, I add broccoli to the woc. Thats a perfect light dinner. If you like it for lunch, just cook some rice and serve as complete dish.
