- 1 cup self - raising flour
- 2 cups corn kernals
- 4 x shallots, chopped
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 x egg whites
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
- 1 Tbls olive oil
Combine Flour, Corn, Shallots and Skim Milk in a bowl.
In separate bowl, mix egg whites to soft peak.
Fold thru combined ingredients.
Put Olive Oil into frypan, and fry off in small quantities.
- Serve with Smoked Salamon and Spinach Leaves or by themselves with a Tomato Relish.
