- 1 x brown onion(finely chopped)
- 1 cup carrot (peeled,finely diced )
- 1 cup cerely (finely diced )
- 3 x bacon rashers (chopped )
- 1 cup swiss brown mushrooms(sliced)
- 500 g beef or pork mince
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 500 g cooked spaghetti
- 1 x salt for seasonning
- 1 x freshly ground black pepper to taste
1)In a large saucepan heat over medium heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil add onion,carrots,celery and bacon and cook for about 5 minutes.Add mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
2)Turn heat to high,add mince and cook for about 30 minutes until mince is brown and separate.Add stock and season with salt and pepper.Bring to boil,then reduce heat to low and let simmer for …….1 hour.
3)Stir in cream and cook ….5 minutes.Put cooked spaghetti in,stir and heat through.
4)Serve on a plate or into a bowl.
PS.I have some leftover meat,so I add in and was nice to.
