- 250 g butter
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 x eggs
- 1 tspn bicarbonate of soda
- 2 cups plain flour (sifted)
- 250 g dark choc bits
Oven 160 degrees celsius
Cream butters and sugars, add eggs
Then add sifted plain flour + bicarbonate of soda
Then mix in choc bits
Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto oven trays (lined with baking paper). About 12 dollops to each tray.
Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Store in airtight container. Can be kept frozen.
