- 540 g all purpose flour
- 14 g dried yeast
- 2 tspn sugar
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 700 ml warm milk
- 2 x eggs
- 70 g melted butter
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm milk, eggs, and melted butter and beat for 2 minutes.
Cover and let rise in a warm place 30-38°c until doubled (about 30 minutes).
Pour batter by 100-150mls onto a lightly oiled pan or flat grill.
Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes flip quickly.
Cook until second side is golden brown.
Serve with your favourite toppings

Havent used yeast in my pancake but will try this
