  • 4 L zucchini
  • 1/2 cup lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic


Zucchini in lemon

4 large zucchini cut in to cubes
Half a cup of lemon
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Olive oil for decoration
Half teaspoon mint for decoration

How to prepare:

Peel and cut zucchini in small pieces then placed in a saucepan and with a cup water and a pinch of salt
Boil for quarter of an hour.
After boiling put them in a colander to drain from the water.
Pound the garlic until soft and add lemon and mix with zucchini.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with a little mint and oil. Note when you cook the heart of zucchini you don’t need to cook for long. Enough four people.
